When choosing a professional painter, this step

process allows for the obvious issues AND

Inspection, notation, remove old caulking, sand
rough and painted areas, pressure wash, sand
blast, tarp flooring, protect plants, oil-based
priming, latex priming, faux painting, hand painting,
spray painting, mult-coat applications, post
cleanup, walk-thru, etc.
The choice is yours to make.  We do not sell
paint - just the service.  We do provide the
service of painting a sample section so that you
will see more than a swatch of paint on
cardboard.  Sometimes seeing is believing.
If painting is a battle, this battle is won in the type
and quality of surface preparation.  Some surfaces
may need to be clean off with compressed air after
sanding while others may require a second
pressure washing.  What do you think?  Does
oil-based painting require less prep-work than
latex?
